Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
Your booking fee secures your treatment appointment and is non-refundable. With a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee may be transferred once to another appointment date. Unfortunately, cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee. Thank you for your understanding and support.
